Are you aware of frost free spigots? ...Shannon,<br /> Are you aware of frost free spigots? The park garden has them. I can get water even now, though the hose is frozen stiff. The handle on the spigot controls a four foot rod that opens the valve below the frost line. So they never turn off the water even in the dead of winter.
